The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (RQF)Â is a nationally recognised qualification designed for managers, team leaders, and senior practitioners working in adult social care or healthcare settings.
This qualification equips learners with the strategic knowledge and leadership skills required to meet the ever-changing challenges in care environments, promote person-centred approaches, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Whether you’re looking to step into a Registered Manager role or strengthen your leadership credentials, this diploma will help you lead with confidence and competence.
To complete the Highfield Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) (England), learners must achieve a minimum of 95 credits.
Learners must complete all units contained within the mandatory group totalling 80 credits, may complete a maximum of 5 credits from optional group A, and must complete a minimum of 10 credits from optional group B.
Entry Requirements
To enrol, you must:
- Be working in a leadership/supervisory role in a health or social care setting
- Have a good command of written and spoken English
- Be aged 19 or over
