The Level 3 Diploma for Early Years Educators (RQF) is the gold-standard qualification for those who wish to work professionally with children from birth to 5 years old. It also provides vital insight into the expected developmental progress of children aged 5–7.
Whether you’re starting your childcare career or seeking to formalise your experience with a qualification, this diploma is your official ‘license to practice’ in Early Years settings across England.
To achieve this qualification the learners must gain a total of 65 credits:
- Achieve all 14 units.
- Gain experience in a real work environment.
- Achieve competence whilst working with young children from 0-5 years.
- Take part in personal professional development activities.
